Stargate 9: Selendis

Selendis embodies celestial grace and firey strength, with a Golden Rutile Quartz centre and Fire Quartz surrounds.  Programable through the GRID Connect phone App, this light has extensive settings, including sound syncing and modern smart features.

Golden Rutile is a transparent variety of quartz that contains fine, needle like inclusions or rutile; a titanium dioxide mineral.  These inclusions often appear as shimmering golden threads, though they can also range from silver to copper-red in hue.  It forms when rutile crystals grow within quartz during its crystallisation, trapping the delicate needles inside as the quartz solidifies.  This creates a striking interplay of clarity and brilliance - like captured sunlight within stone.  Symbolically, golden rutile quartz is associated with illumination, creativity, and vitality, believed to amplify energy and inspire clarity of thought.

Fire Quartz is a quartz crystal that has inclusions of an iron oxide mineral called Hematite.  During the growth process, the hematite imparts a distinctive reddish-orange colour that creates unnique patterns resembling flames within the quartz structure.  Fire Quartz is thought to have protective properties, promoting a sense of security and strength.  It is often associated with the Root Chakra due to the grounding nature of Hematite.
