Ethically fossicked in Winton, Queensland, our boulder opal is hand cut and polished by us, in the bus.  Authentic Adorning expertly wraps our pieces in silver wire, enhancing the opal's natural beauty with a touch of rustic charm.  

Formed over many millions of years, Australian boulder opal is the result of silica-rich water evaporating from cracks within ironstone boulders.  This stunning piece exhibits bright colourful flashes; vibrant hues of opal red, orange, yellow and green set against earthy brown ironstone.
